All obstacles used in NADAC-sanctioned competitions must meet NADAC specifications. Obstacles must be constructed so as to be safe and reliable when used by the smallest or the largest of dogs expected to train or compete on that equipment. Equipment builders should always have safety as the primary concern when constructing equipment.

Tru-Blue Agility Mats are water-resistant, interlocking, EVA closed-cell foam tiles with a non-slick finish that offer, as their website states, “wonderful traction.” The 7/8" thick, 40" x 40" tiles were made with agility in mind but are also suggested for other purposes, including indoor children’s facilities and playgrounds. I have three dogs and we do dog agility. I started making tug toys for my dog that destroys every other kind of toy. She has yet to totally destroy one of my densely braided tug toys! I starting making PJs for my poodle, since he gets cold after he gets a hair cut, or when our weather gets chillier than normal. Friends from agility ask if I can make other things, so I started making other things. A veterinarian friend and I started working on post-op PJs to cover stitches, allowing our furry friends to recover without a cone! This store simply blossomed from there.
