• Move-ups

  Move ups for Friday may not be accepted after 6 p.m. PST on Monday, February 6, 2012. There will be day-to-day move-ups at the show provided the Trial Secretary has received them within 30 minutes after the end of the last class. There will be no move-ups in the morning before the start of the trial.

• Setup, Unloading, Parking

  Gates will open at 4:00 PM PST on Thursday, February 9, 2012 or upon completion of show setup.

  Unloading and Setup: You may unload in the designated zone (see Agility Event Site Map) and setup where you like after 4:00 PM PST or upon completion of the show setup.

  • Be sure to bring shade for your dogs.
  • Bring plenty of drinking water.
  • For RVs there is no power, bring generators.

  A REQUEST FOR HELP:
  Club members and local exhibitors are encouraged to assist with pre-trial setup and post-trial breakdown. Pre-trial show setup will be 4:00 PM PST on Thursday, February 9, 2012. 

   
• Show Hours, Check-in, Walk-thru

  Show Hours:

  • 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 .pm.; Judging Begins: 8:00 a.m. each day

  Armbands:

  • Armbands will be available for you to pick-up at the check-in table.
    • You must pick up your armbands before the judging of your class.
    • You must wear your armband during your runs, otherwise your Qs will be in jeopardy.
  • Armbands for dogs without jump height cards:
    • Be measured by the AKC Field Rep or AKC Judge.
    • The judge for Friday is not a Volunteer Measuring Official (VMO).
    • The judge for Saturday and Sunday is a Volunteer Measuring Official (VMO).
    • After you are measured, you must pick up your armbands before the judging of your class.
    • You must wear your armband during your runs, otherwise your Qs will be in jeopardy.

  Check-in:
  Please do not email the Agility Trial Secretary to ask what time a particular Class will run. This is completely subject to number of dogs, running order conflicts, absent dogs, course time, and run time. Thank you.

  • Please be sure to check in at the gate prior to running.
     
  • Check-in at 7:00 a.m., walk-thru will start at 7:30 a.m., briefing at 7:50 a.m., first dog on the line at 8:00 a.m.

  • Excellent level STD & JWW classes will have a separate walk-thru and runs 26-24-2-" and 16-12-8-4".
